BACKGROUND

ENREACH Education, started in 2012 by Benson Zhang as a division of Dipont Education, was created specifically to meet the needs of Chinese students hoping to study at Western Universities. Benson’s own experience of studying abroad had a profound impact, and he wanted to help other students on the same path. This passion for living abroad and getting the best education possible is at the core of ENREACH. We live it, we teach it, and we are dedicated to helping our students on the path to their ambitions.

OUR PROGRAMS

Critical Thinking Program (CTP): Twelve courses covering various thinking routines applied to engaging content, fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.

Debate Program: Emphasizing research, evidence, and structured argumentation, guiding students from basic debate to advanced strategies. ENREACH organizes national tournaments and offers Model United Nations courses.

Drama Program: Fostering confident expression and creative performance, offering events like musical theater and Young Thespian Festivals. ENREACH, as EdTA's representative in China, guides students through introductory coursework to tournaments.

Speech Program: Comprising Storytelling, Prose Interpretation, Poetry Recital, Persuasion, and Original Oratory. ENREACH provides expert coaching, a systematic curriculum, and structured practice in a supportive, international environment. Teachers may also coach students for NSDA China Speech competitions.

College counseling: ENREACH Counseling mentors Chinese students for success at Western universities, focusing on the U.S. college experience. Our diverse team, including former admissions officers, guides students through a two-year application process, emphasizing academic and personal growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (with graduation date at least two years ago to meet visa regulations)
• Teaching experience strongly preferred
• The ability to live and work in China for two years
• A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
