Job requirements

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, English, Literacy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • Valid teaching certification and experience teaching elementary-aged students

  • Strong knowledge of literacy instruction, language development, and evidence-based teaching practices

  • Demonstrated ability to support the academic, social and emotional development of young learners

  • Commitment to high expectations and a growth mindset for all students

  • Confidence using educational technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues across cultures
