Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science (in partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and RDFZ Beijing) welcomes year-round applications from Teachers of Drama (Primary to IGCSE) to join our world-class learning community.
About the School
The mission of Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science is to provide differentiated education for the development of each student. Bilingual School (Grades 1 to 9)
The bilingual school section brings together the best of Chinese education and the best of English Education. The Chinese National Curriculum is delivered by experienced Chinese and International teaching staff. Collaboration between teachers enriches the delivery of our curriculum. Students utilize their strong academic knowledge with the ability to think independently and critically to develop their understanding. A strong pastoral system and challenging co-curricular program supports students to develop their personal abilities and social skills. Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science enables pupils to learn and speak in a truly bilingual environment.
Senior School
In Grade 9, upon completion of the compulsory Chinese curriculum, Chinese pupils transfer to our International Curriculum Centre. Pupils will have a distinct provision with a focus on developing strength in English to allow access to CIE A-level courses in Grades 11 and 12.
In Grade 11, pupils are placed in English and mathematics classes appropriate to their level. Chinese is compulsory for native students. In addition, students have the opportunity to study five subjects at ‘AS level’, chosen from science, humanities and aesthetics, before progressing to the study of three to five ‘A2’ subjects, plus English at the appropriate level.

Job requirements
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Drama or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
Demonstrated interest in student development and optimism for students’ ability to learn and grow
Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards as well as new technologies
Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
Ability to collaborate, establish rapport and communicate in a Dual Language Immersion environment
