JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to work with the Talent Acquisition Manager in attracting and recruiting the highest quality of people in the market at a competitive cost for Dipont Education and its wider network of schools and programs. This includes understanding the school’s needs, standards, and requirements to be able to source and screen the best and most suitable candidates to maintain its stable operation and continued growth. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be familiar with Dipont’s history and philosophy along with its curriculum and organization

  • Familiar with Dipont’s standard and requirements of candidates and the local visa requirements for different positions

  • Source candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, etc

  • Follow the workflow in Recruitee

  • Screen candidates to assess and ensure requirements are met

  • Provide an informative write-up upon submission of candidate if found to be suitable and send it to the schools according to their preferred process

  • Responsible for being the ambassador of the schools and a point of reference for the candidate to answer questions, absolve concerns, and provide additional information during the pre-screen

  • Update candidates on the process/status of their application and any potential occurrences or delays in a timely manner

  • Collect referee contacts to apply for confidential references and ensure references are collected in a timely manner 

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in any recruitment events and other responsibilities as needed 

  • Inform and communicate any issues or support needed to the Talent Acquisition Manager 

Job requirements

  • A strong interest in education and a willingness to further one’s own knowledge about international education practices, methods, changes and trends.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to network with candidates from various backgrounds. You will need to have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • A high work-rate and the ability to tackle many jobs and tasks at any one time. You should be organised and comfortable working to deadlines, meeting targets and handling various tasks at different stages of the recruitment process.

  • An enthusiasm and confidence to tackle and work on unfamiliar tasks and situations and put maximum effort into completing these tasks.
