Job description

Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science (in partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and RDFZ Beijing) is seeking a Teacher of G1-8 Art to join our world-class learning community for a February 2026 start.

At Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science, Art education from Primary to A-Level encourages students to explore creativity, self-expression, and cultural understanding. Our Art teachers inspire students to develop technical skills in a variety of media while nurturing imagination and originality. From early creative exploration to advanced study at IGCSE and A-Level, students gain confidence, critical thinking, and an appreciation of the arts as a powerful means of communication and personal growth.

About the School

Job requirements

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art or related fields; Master’s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated interest in student development and optimism for students’ ability to learn and grow

  • Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards as well as new technologies

  • Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Ability to collaborate, establish rapport and communicate in a Dual Language Immersion environment
